All prices include VAT and all other taxes and fees and additional costs such as electricity, hot water and heating. For your stay, we provide free bed linen and towels. For the final cleaning we charge 40 €.

Payment conditions
30% of the total sum must be paid in advance within three days after your reservation has been confirmed. The rest is payable in cash at the day of arrival.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation or make changes up to 30 days prior to your arrival date without penalty.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be charged with 50% of the total sum.
If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival date, you will be charged with 100% of the total sum.
